Chai has also been divided into different grades such as BP, BOP, BOPSM, PD and etc.

How to make chai tea

Process of making chai is simple and includes below mentioned steps;

  1. Start with boiling milk in a vessel (ideally 125ml to 150ml for one cup)
  2. Add a table spoon of CTC chai into the boiling milk and allow it to get the color of chai tea properly
  3. Add one table spoon sugar (or as per your taste)
  4. Keep stirring as it allows it to develop the correct taste, color, fragrance and thickness.
  5. Strain it into a cup and enjoy your delicious chai tea.
