How to brew black teas

Different regions have different ways of brewing black tea in terms of water quantity and loose leaf black tea;

  1. Boil water up to 80 degree to 90 degree Celsius.
  2. Use 2.5 to 3 grams of loose black tea in the pot and make sure the pot is rinsed by the hot water to raise its temperature then the room temperature which may not affect the ideal steeping conditions.
  3. Pour the hot water (step1) into the pot with the tea (step2) and wait for 2.5 to 3 minutes ideally. This can vary as per your preference.
  4. Strain into the cup and enjoy the delicious black tea.
